Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the azerg.co website. Each Azerg product (Overo, AI Upscaler, Pinotes, and our forthcoming AloHajj and RahaSIM apps) has its own end-user agreement that you accept inside that product or at its checkout — those terms apply to use of the product itself.

Website use

• You may browse azerg.co and contact us via the addresses we publish.
• You may not scrape, mirror, or commercially reuse content from this site without our written permission.
• All trademarks, copy, code, and design on this site belong to Azerg Technologies, LLC, except where credited otherwise.
• The site is provided “as is” and may change at any time. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

About Azerg's products

These are short umbrella statements. Each product's own terms are what actually govern your use of that product.

• App Store products (Overo, AI Upscaler, Pinotes) — usage is governed by each app's in-app terms and Apple's standard EULA.
• Direct-purchase products (AloHajj, RahaSIM, and any future Stripe-checkout product) — usage is governed by the terms presented at that product's checkout.
• Common posture across products: eligibility is 13+ or as required by the platform; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; one-off purchases are non-transferable digital licences.
• eSIM-specific note: data service is delivered by an underlying network operator. Coverage and speeds are best-effort and depend on local network conditions. Activating your eSIM within its validity window is your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azerg's total liability for any claim related to this site or our products is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Azerg Technologies, LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your location says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the updated version here with a fresh “Effective” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
