Cancellation Policy

azerg.co does not host user accounts. Each Azerg product manages its own subscriptions, so the way you cancel depends on where you bought. The channels below cover every Azerg product.
App Store subscriptions
This covers Overo Pro and Pinotes Pro.
- On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, then choose the Azerg app and tap Cancel Subscription.
- You can also cancel from inside the app's subscription screen.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Apple's standard rules handle any partial-period refunds.
Direct subscriptions (Stripe-billed)
If you ever subscribe to a product directly through one of Azerg's product sites (for example, a future Stripe-billed plan on AloHajj or RahaSIM):
- Cancel from that product's own account screen, or
- Email the support address shown at checkout for that product.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds except where required by law.
eSIM one-off purchases
eSIM data plans bought through AloHajj or RahaSIM are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. There's nothing recurring to cancel after delivery. For refund eligibility before the eSIM is activated, see our Refund Policy.
Reactivation
You can reactivate any time through the same channel you cancelled from. Where possible, we restore your prior settings.
